 Vertical Hollow Shaft OHS Motor (For Deep Well Pump)
OHS Series motors are vertical hollow-shaft three-phase squirrel cage induction motors
specially for driving vertical deep-well turbine pumps. The protection degree
is weather-protected type 1 (drip-proof) and the rated voltage is 460V 60Hz.
We can also provide with rated 380/660V on request. Adopting an internationally advanced
structure of anti-reverse, the motors are exact and reliable for preventing
the reversal. The motors are employed with the oil-immersed bearing lubricating
construction, which makes the bearings running in a condition of satisfactory
cooling and lubrication so as to ensure a longer operating duration of the bearings.

NE series motors are designed and produced strictly according to NEMA standards and the rating outputs, mounting dimensions and electronic mechanical characteristics comply with the NEMA standard requirements. PE series motors, with attractive appearance, perfect production, possess the distinguishing features of light weight, low noise & vibration, large starting torque, strong structure, safety and reliability.

 Z4 DC MACHINE Motor
Z4 DC machines are newly developed products of our factory. The products are
found wide use for prime mover in various, such as mill auxiliary in metallurgical
industry, metal cutting machine-tool, paper making, print, textile, printing
and dyeing, cement-making, plasticextruding machine, etc.
Outline and mounting dimensions of the motors comply with IEC72 Standard, except
for the axial distance between the mounting holes (dimension B).
Performance and technical requirements of the motors can be checked in accordance
with IEC34-1 Standard of the International Electro technical Commission, or DIN57350
Norm of the Deutsche Industries-Norm.
The motors are class F insulated, with reliable insulating construction and impregnating
process, ensuring stable dielectric performance and excellent heat dissipation.
The motors possess the features of small size, good performance, light weight, large
output, high efficiency and reliability, being able to match the current internationaladvanced level.
The motors can be lastingly operated form fully controlled three-phase bridge without
a smoothing reactor. Motors for 160V may be operated on single-phase bridge
thyristor. In that case, a smoothing reactor, whose inductance is specified in
the relevant technical date, should be inserted in the reactor to suppress ripple
current.

Armature and field circuits for motors may be either operated by static thyristor
controlled supplies or DC generators. Torque can be maintained constant by reducing
speed via weakening armature voltage below rated value. We assure that the
lowest armature speed range can be decreased to 20rpm by invariable torque and stable
running. Meanwhile, field voltage is reduced to weaken speed with a steady
output.
These motors have separate excitations. In addition to the above listed nominal field
voltage, other kinds of excitation voltage are also acceptable according tocustomers'
requirements.
If voltage is less than 500V, forced excitation is allowed. When a motor is normally
operating, the excitation current should be no higher than the rated excitation
current. To keep the insulating materials of the excitation system reliable,
the motor must be protected against self-induced voltage by a resistor connected
in parallel with the field windings when the excitation circuits of the motor
are interrupted.
At rated field voltage, the resistance value of a shunt resistor is about seven times
more than field resistance at low temperature. While the field voltage is higher
than nominal value, the resistance value of a shunt resistor may be lower. |
